Integrate OedipSystem functions into your applications. It's easy !

With OedipSystem SDK, you can take advantage of a library of proven functions that will enable you to use all your handwritten data directly in your applications as long as the data have been recorded on OedipSystem-compatible forms using a digital pen.

In addition, the OedipSystem SDK licence allows those who use your applications to access all FSM services designed to make it even easier to use the digital pen/paper technology: form creation, digital pen distribution, user help, etc.

It is important to note that, when you handle data using the API OedipSystems, you can extract data from one or more pages into an XML format, validate handwriting recognition results, and display the original image of the handwritten form, etc.

There are two different ways that you can use the API OedipSystems:

You can access data directly onto a work station from a local Windows application by using COM object methods or OedipSystem ProDLL.

The OedipSystem SDK comes with everything you need to install the OedipSystem Pro software as well as a set of documents and code examples that will make it easier to become familiar with the API.

You can access centralized data on a server from a remote application by using OedipSystem Web Services.

With OedipSystem Web Services, you can thus use one intranet or extranet server to centralize the processing of handwritten data recorded on all digital pens used within your organisation. You'll thus save time that you'd otherwise devote to deploying and maintaining an additional application on work stations.

For more information, please contact the Technical Department.

The OedipSystem SDK licence doesn't cost any money. It is available only to integrators or users who have first entered into a partnership agreement with FMS for the installation of associated services: form creation, supply of digital pens, user help, etc.
